Implant-Supported Fixed Denture ( All-on-four or hybrid)

Mrs. P presented with flaring of front teeth as a result of generalized severe chronic periodontitis. She complained that she has some hesitation in regular socialization due to the lower face appearance and could not eat proper food. After a thorough exam, it was found most of the teeth have poor to questionable prognosis. Options and alternatives were presented to the patient.

Computer Guided surgery technique was used and designed using Anatomage system to be minimally invasive and predictable.

CADCAM technique, as well as conventional copy-milling technique, are used to fabricate the supporting structure for the implant fixed denture.

Denture teeth are waxed up onto the supporting bar and processed.

Full-mouth implant-supported fixed denture/hybrid with a new smile that incorporates the patient’s personality and preference ( Mrs. P prefers white and longer teeth).

Four-year follow up shows successful restoration.
